Refund policy

We have a 3-day exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

All items are usually ready to ship within 48 hours and will ship either UPS or USPS depending on cost. (see shipping rates below)

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at sales@addiegraceboutique.com. If your request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All shipping charges are paid by the customer unless the wrong item was shipped.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds

Sales, Clearance, Cyber Deals, and Online Exclusive Items 
These sales are final sales and do not qualify for exchanges or refunds.

Shipping

Items ordered will be fulfilled within 3 business days.

Flat standard shipping {7-10 business days) fee of $8.99 on all orders under 12" inches and under 2Lbs.

Flat priority shipping (3-5 business days) fee of $12.99 on all orders over 12" inches and over 2Lbs.

Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on exchanges unless the wrong item was sent.
